Herefordshire Housing has chosen Emex as the preferred provider of an automated health and safety management system. Herefordshire Housing took over the running of Herefordshire Council’s housing stock on 26th November 2002 after a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT). It has since adopted Charitable Status and is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord, which provides approximately 5,300 affordable homes throughout Herefordshire.

Herefordshire Housing will implement the following Emex modules:

     Emex Risk Management - manage operational risk via a central risk register, implement common set of practices and controls, remove duplication of data and improve visibility via real time reporting and analysis.

     Emex Training – maintain a single training register for all personnel, schedule courses, monitor certificate expiry dates and plan reassessment training. Utilise workflow and reporting to ensure all staff are adequately trained for the tasks they are required to perform.
