Bowen Construction enhance Quality, Health & Safety systems with Emex

Bowen Construction Ltd has chosen Emex to automate and centralise auditing processes in each of its sites across the country. Emex Incidents & Claims will also be implemented during the summer of 2008, significantly improving the company’s incident reporting capabilities and claims analysis.

Bowen Construction will implement the following Emex modules:


         Emex Audit & Inspections – improve control by gathering data recorded on all audits and inspections, including findings and corrective actions, into a single database. Emex Audits provides a configurable framework that can be tailored to mirror your own specific audit process and rules.

         Emex Audit PDA – results are reported and accessed instantly, ensuring management are aware of the safety status of each site at all times. Automation of the audit process reduces administration time and removes the paper trail.

         Emex Incidents– record and manage detailed accident and incidents information. Workflow and reporting capabilities ensure management effectively stay in control, monitor trends and take appropriate actions.

         Emex Claims- facilitates the recording and analysis of claims arising within the business and puts in place a workflow for managing the claims to settlement process; recording communications, building a key contacts register of all parties involved, and tracking any costs incurred.
