How we operate

Implementation & Data Migration

To ensure a smooth implementation and data migration we believe it's essential to provide our Enterprise clients with a detailed implementation plan. At the start of each project we encourage all relevant parties to meet to discuss the implementation and, if necessary, the data migration plan, to ensure we are all working towards the same goal.

We routinely carry out a systems review and "gap analysis" to identify requirements for:

  • migrating historic data from incumbent software;
  • transferring information and documentation from existing management systems;
  • matching the "look and feel" of the current system and use of colours and logos.

We can also provide specific content to populate your system using our:

  • site inspection procedure templates;
  • risk assessment methodologies;
  • company checklists and protocols.

Training

We can provide full training courses on all aspects of the system tailored to its users and their business requirements. This training is designed to maximise the benefit of the software to the users and includes, detailed module and systems operations training, to ensure successful implementation.

Knowledge Base

This is a service provided to everyone with current maintenance. It is a fully interactive and automated support system. Clients with queries or questions about our system don't have to waste their valuable time calling us. All they have to do is post their query onto what we call our Knowledge Base. The query is logged and if it cannot be dealt with immediately the client can log into the system and get continuous updates on how the query is progressing.

Telephone Support

A telephone support service is available to all clients with current maintenance between the hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Over 80% of calls are resolved immediately and procedures are in place to escalate calls to the Support Manager if appropriate.

Software Updates

All software updates including documentation amendments are made available to clients who have a valid support agreement.

Alternative Agreements

Not everyone will have the same support requirements and we are happy to negotiate a support package specifically geared to each user's ongoing requirement.
